First Dynamic Architectural Tower. External Wall Carries all the building's load and becomes a live wall for growing vegetation. The interior structure of the building rotates 360 degree for view of entire water front of lower Manhattan

    A new type of "Dynamic Architecture" A rotating tower with individual rotating floor slabs that generate its own power source. The exterior wall is composed by a live green wall that can sustain vegetation through out the year.

    So I think my question is, "how exactly does this rotate". Seems really cool but I'm pretty confused!
